Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing, registering for, or using the 520i platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 520i as the platform operator. We reserve the right to modify or update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform following any changes will be deemed as your acceptance of the updated terms.

The 520i platform is strictly for users aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account that fails to meet this requirement.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account on the 520i platform. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the termination of all associated accounts, including any balances or bonuses held within them.

You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. 520i will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your own failure to safeguard your login credentials.

Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and throughout the identity verification process. Any false or misleading information may result in immediate account closure without compensation.

  • You must use your real identity when registering.
  • Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other party.
  • Any fraudulent activity or system manipulation will be reported to the relevant authorities.
  • Users are responsible for ensuring that all activity on their accounts complies with applicable Malaysian laws.
3

Payment, Deposit & Transaction Information

All financial transactions on the 520i platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We do not accept payments in foreign currencies unless otherwise stated in specific promotional terms.

Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods, including FPX, Boost, GrabPay, and online banking. Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is registered in their own name. The use of third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe set by 520i, subject to the completion of identity verification. We reserve the right to delay or reject any withdrawal request if there are signs of suspicious activity or if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

All successful deposits are final and non-refundable, except under circumstances provided for in our policies. Any transaction disputes must be reported to the support team within 7 days of the transaction date.
